Job summary

JA Recruitment is representing a Gold Coast agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to own a portfolio end-to-end from Broadbeach. You’ll coordinate leasing, inspections, maintenance and renewals while building strong landlord, tenant and trades relationships.

Based on the Gold Coast with a close-knit team and regular bonding events, the role offers autonomy with support from a collaborative culture that values problem-solving and ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Property Manager role.
• A current Queensland real estate salesperson registration certificate or real estate agent licence.
• Confidence managing a portfolio independently from start to finish.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine commitment to keeping owners informed and tenants well supported.
