Job summary

Raine & Horne Ascot Vale is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of an established residential portfolio in Ascot Vale. You will manage approximately 180 properties and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, while coordinating inspections and maintenance with a proactive, service-focused approach.

The role involves handling arrears, lease renewals and tenancy enquiries, ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy laws, and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' residential property management experience.
• Sound understanding of Victorian rental legislation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage a residential portfolio.
• Professional, positive and proactive attitude.
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Victorian real estate qualification.
• Current driver's licence.
• Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate would be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Property Manager looking to take ownership of an established and manageable residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties, within a supportive and experienced team.

The Role
