Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the MINT Residential team in Sydney CBD. Based in a small, supportive unit, you will manage a boutique portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments with limited weekend work.

You will handle rental enquiries, inspections, leasing administration, and liaise with tradespeople. The role offers a competitive bonus scheme, ongoing development, and a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures and current legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks, Avani).
• Handle rental enquiries with excellent customer service.
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
• Draft and support leasing and handovers processes.
• Address maintenance issues with tradespeople.
• Utilise the console cloud program for property management.

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Sydney CBD

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Hold a Class 2licence
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
