Job summary

Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Brisbane CBD team. You will manage a boutique portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments, handle rental enquiries, inspections, and handovers, and coordinate with tradespeople.

Based in Brisbane, this role offers hybrid working arrangements, attractive bonus potential, and ongoing development opportunities within a global hotel group. A Real Estate Certificate and 1 year of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hold a Real Estate Certificate and solid knowledge of property management procedures.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Willingness to work Saturdays on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a boutique portfolio of Minor Hotels-branded apartments (Oaks, Avani).
• Handle incoming rental enquiries with a focus on exceptional service.
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required.
• Draft and support leasing and property handovers administration.
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople.
• Utilise the Console Cloud program for property management.

Mint Residential is part of the Minor International Group.We have offices in key CBD locations across Australia and are a full-service property agency specialising in CBD & Inner-city apartment sales, rentals & property management. We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

Based in our Brisbane CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Brisbane CBD

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Hold a Real Estate Certificate
• Minimum 1yearof Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
