Minor Hotels in Sydney CBD seeks a dynamic Property Manager to join a tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential. Based in our Sydney office, you will manage a boutique portfolio with a strong emphasis on quality service within a global hotel group.

This role offers a collaborative environment with limited Saturday work, supportive administration, and opportunities for professional growth within Minor Hotels’ extensive portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with tenants, owners and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures and current legislation requirements.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Available to work Saturdays when required (ad hoc).

Responsibilities

• Manage a boutique portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks, Avani).
• Handle rental enquiries with exceptional service.
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections.
• Liaise with tenants and owners; draft leasing and handovers.
• Address maintenance issues and coordinate with tradespeople.
• Utilise Console Cloud for property management tasks.

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Sydney CBD

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Hold a Class 2licence
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
