Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our dynamic team at OnTrend Property Group in Hervey Bay/ Fraser Coast QLD.

We are growing and expanding, some travel will be required. We seek a phenomenal team member to assist with this new exciting expansion. We seek reliability, a can do attitude and a solution focused mindset.

This role will support our experienced property management professionals in delivering exceptional service to our residential property owners and tenants.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the day-to-day administration of residential property management
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
• Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Support the preparation of routine reports and documentation
• Contribute to the implementation of property management policies and procedures
• Provide backup support to the property management team as needed

What we're looking for

• An experienced individual with proven skills as a property manager. Must hold a current real estate certificate
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with a range of clients
• Familiarity with residential property management processes and procedures
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team
• A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
