• 2+ years of lead property management experience.
• Experience managing a property portfolio and coordinating day-to-day property operations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with owners, tenants and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and best practice.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems effectively.

Lead the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, delivering high-quality service to owners, tenants and contractors while ensuring properties are well maintained and managed efficiently.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a lead property management role.

Experience managing a property portfolio and coordinating day-to-day property operations.
