Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio and act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and renovations.
• Manage rental arrears, breach notices, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Prepare tenancy documentation and attend tribunal matters.
• Attend tribunal hearings when required.
• Liaise with Leasing Consultant to market properties effectively.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
