Job summary

Harcourts Property Hub on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our highly systemised office. This client-focused role has no leasing, no trust accounting, and offers strong team support from a routines inspection officer and a seasoned Department Manager.

You will handle property management duties with regular training across Harcourts' network; experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management.
• Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Legislative knowledge and understanding.
• Current Registration Certificate or Agent Licence is required.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services to clients and landlords.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and owners.
• Coordinate routine inspections with support from the inspection officer.
• Engage in regular training across the Harcourts network.

This role is client focused and hasnoleasing, no new business, notrust accountingplusyou will have the support of a routines inspection officerand an experienced Department Manager.

Regular training is provided within the Harcourts networkandexperience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage;
