Harcourts Your Place is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our growing team in Sydney. You’ll handle open homes, inspections, rental applications and lease signings while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

We value energy, organisation and a willingness to learn. A Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate and a reliable car are preferred; Saturdays availability is a plus, with clear career progression

Responsibilities

• Conduct open homes and showcase properties.

• Support the Property Management team and learn industry ins and outs.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for property management.

What your days will look like

No two days are exactly the same! You’ll be out and about helping our clients and keeping things moving, including:

Conducting open homes and showcasing properties

Managing routine inspections

Processing rental applications

Coordinating lease signings

Completing ingoing inspections

Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants

Supporting the Property Management team and learning the ins and outs of the industry
