Job summary

Oliver Hume is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing property management team in Melbourne. You will handle day-to-day management of allocated residential rental portfolios with strong team support for leasing activities and inspections.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Unrestricted Driver's Licence with a reliable car.
• Strong customer service focus with relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Motivated with strong initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing property management team.

This role would work on the day-to-day management of their allocated residential rental portfolio. Our Property Managers are provided with significant team support to complete leasing activities and routine inspections. This means that our Property Managers are freed up to be in the office and doing what they do best – building great relationships with our clients!

About You!

We are looking for a property management superstar who has:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Unrestricted Drivers Licence and a reliable car
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships,
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Motivated and strong initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
