Our busy Alstonville agency has a fast growing property management section. We require an experienced property manager that can work in a team environment and be self-motivated. This is a permanent full-time opportunity in a supportive and inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords
• Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections
• Prepare leasing documents, entry and exit reports
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required

About you

• Current full Australian driver's license
• Proven working experience in Property Management or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs
• Flexible start and finishing hours
• On the job training and ongoing support
