Job summary

Ray White Bankstown is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our energetic team. Manage a growing portfolio of residential properties and work within Australasia’s leading real estate network.

You will prioritise tasks, stay organised under pressure, and contribute to a culture of performance. To succeed you will have at least 12 months in Property Management, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in Property Management.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an established portfolio of residential properties.
• Conduct inspections, bond returns, coordinate property maintenance, repairs and tenant leasing.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.

Our experienced, portfolio-based Property Management department oversees a growing portfolio of over 1,500 properties. Following an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a dedicated Property Manager to join our collaborative team.

We are seeking a well-presented, hard-working professional looking to advance their career in real estate. To succeed in this role, you will be organised, work well under pressure and know how to prioritise tasks.

Remuneration

As per the Real Estate Award RE Level 2 + Car Allowance, or as agreed on based on experience.
