Salary: $55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience

About the role

You’ll look after a portfolio of residential rental properties and be the link between landlords, tenants and contractors. Your day-to-day will include:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Securing tenants and managing leasing
• Carrying out routine inspections and condition reports
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
• Building positive relationships with tenants, landlords and suppliers
• Handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues quickly

About you
