Holdsworth Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Mount Hawthorn office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants to learn, develop and grow alongside an expanding agency with a leading local brand and strong marketing presence.

The role

You will manage a residential property portfolio while developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants. With established systems, administrative support and approachable directors who remain actively involved in the business, you will have the support needed to provide an outstanding level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Responding promptly to owner and tenant enquiries
• Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Coordinating tenant vacates and property condition reports
• Reviewing and processing tenancy applications
• Ensuring property files and documentation remain accurate and compliant
• Attending to breach notices, bond matters and other tenancy requirements
• Working collaboratively with the wider property management and administration team

About you

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous residential property management experience
• A current WA Property Management Registration
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant WA legislation
• Confidence managing competing priorities and resolving issues professionally
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills
• Experience using PropertyTree or similar property management software
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow
