Job summary

RE/MAX Extreme in Perth is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support one of our Property Managers and manage your own daily responsibilities. This role offers a path to develop a long-term career in Property Management within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in real estate, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. A current driver's licence is required.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting one of our experienced Property Managers while managing your own daily responsibilities, including:

Conducting routine and final bond inspections of residential rental properties.

Liaising with tenants to ensure a positive and seamless tenancy experience.

Assisting your Property Manager with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.

Coordinating maintenance and contractor appointments.

Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.

Providing exceptional service to tenants and contractors.

Contributing to a positive, supportive and professional team culture.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

At least 12 months' experience working within a real estate agency.

A genuine commitment to building a long-term career in Property Management.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

An impeccable work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Professional personal presentation.

The ability to work well independently while also being a valuable team member.

A current driver's licence.
