Job summary

Colliers Property Management Sydney is seeking an experienced Property Management & Leasing Executive to support our residential portfolio in Sydney. Based at King Street Wharf, you will manage leasing enquiries, host open homes and liaise with landlords and tenants to deliver premium service.

Job description

Colliers Property Management Sydney is looking for an experienced Property Management & Leasing Executive to join our Sydney residential team.

This role would suit an experienced Property Manager or Leasing Executive who is looking to take the next step in their career and work across some of Sydney’s most prestigious residential developments.

Based in our beautiful King Street Wharf office, with on-site parking provided, you will be joining a supportive and fast-paced team that values professionalism, initiative, strong client service and a positive attitude.

You must have previous experience and a great understanding of residential leasing and property management , you must be very organised and confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and clients. Just as importantly, we want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and is happy to be part of a team that works hard and supports each other.

In this role, you will be responsible for hosting open homes, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing leasing enquiries and applications, bond inspections / ingoings and assisting with the day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio. You will be required to work Saturdays with a day off during the week, you will be provided with a car space in King St Wharf during work hours.

To be successful, you must have previous residential leasing experience, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.

A current driver’s licence, reliable car and Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence are required.
