Job summary

Colliers Property Management Sydney is seeking an experienced Property Management & Leasing Executive to support our residential portfolio in Sydney. Based at King Street Wharf, you will manage leasing enquiries, host open homes and liaise with landlords and tenants to deliver premium service.

You will join a fast-paced team that values professionalism, initiative and client service. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and property management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver’s licence, reliable car and valid real estate licence or registration.

Responsibilities

• Host open homes and property viewings.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Manage leasing enquiries and applications.
• Conduct bond inspections and ingoings.
• Assist with day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio.
• Work Saturdays with a weekday off.
• Car space provided during work hours.
