P3 Recruitment in Sydney’s Inner West is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing agency. You will liaise with tenants and landlords, reference check applicants, and prepare lease documents while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely accurate attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Immaculate personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants and landlords.
• Select and reference check potential tenants.
• Prepare lease agreements and bond documents.
• Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week!
