Job summary

Kelly+Partners in North Sydney is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to join our growing team and maintain day-to-day technology operations across our offices. You will provide hands-on support to Partners, managers, and staff, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.

The role requires 3–5+ years of IT experience, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset. You will work with external IT vendors, manage tickets, and contribute to AI-enabled tooling

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years IT experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
• Experience supporting Partners and senior stakeholders preferred.
• Familiar with cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Experience working with external IT vendors / MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Partners, managers, and staff across our offices.
• Build strong working relationships with Partners to understand technology needs.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including provisioning and licensing.
• Manage endpoints (Windows laptops/desktops) and onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and MSPs.
• Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA and access controls.
• Support practice management, document management, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage IT requests using a ticket-based support model.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including user access for AI tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and records.
