Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide hands-on assistance across our NSW offices. You will manage Microsoft 365, user provisioning, licensing, and endpoint setup, while coordinating with MSPs and vendors to ensure reliable service.

The role focuses on security, onboarding, and day-to-day IT operations within a professional services context. You will interact with Partners and senior staff, support AI-enabled tools, and contribute to cybersecurity and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on IT experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
• Experience supporting Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Experience working with external IT vendors / MSPs.
• Strong experience using ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled workplace tools and deployment.
• Solid cybersecurity fundamentals; good communication and service mindset.
• Organised, reliable, and execution-focused.
• Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Partners, managers, and staff across our offices.
• Build strong relationships with Partners to understand tech needs and ensure reliable support.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user provisioning and licensing.
• Manage endpoints (laptops/desktops), onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and MSPs.
• Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA and access controls.
• Support practice management and collaboration platforms.
• Manage IT requests using a ticket-based support model.
• Support AI and automation initiatives and rollout of AI-enabled tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and records.
