Job summary

TSEA in Sydney, NSW is seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join our in‑office team on a full‑time basis. You will help maintain presentation, compliance, and the overall condition of our residential portfolio.

You will coordinate inspections, identify issues, arrange maintenance, and support ongoing management of a growing portfolio, with mid‑week and weekend open homes as required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliable, punctual and detail oriented.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop in property management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports with photos.
• Coordinate maintenance, defects, and compliance items across properties.
• Assist with maintaining presentation and portfolio compliance.
• Coordinate AFSS inspections and other compliance requirements.
• Liaise with occupants, contractors, and service providers to arrange access.
• Maintain accurate records in PropertyMe and support documentation.
