This casual/part-time role is suitable for someone new to property management or looking to start a career in real estate, with training and support provided to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Must have NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one before commencing.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Previous property management experience is helpful but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections across Greater Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos
• Identify maintenance, safety and property condition issues
• Follow up with tenants regarding cleanliness, damage and maintenance
• Assist with maintenance quotations and repair follow-up
• Update records in PropertyMe or the agency CRM
• Communicate with tenants, owners, tradespeople and the property management team
