Westgold Resources invites a seasoned Projects Superintendent to lead underground and surface infrastructure initiatives at Beta Hunt Mine in Western Australia. You will drive planning, execution, safety, and cost control for civil and mine services projects, coordinating complex crews and contractors on site.
You will supervise planning, scheduling and stakeholder engagement while maintaining safe operations and delivery on time and budget.

- Commitment to safety standards and site procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project crews across underground and surface infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate civil, construction and mine services from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Mining, Maintenance, Technical Services and contractors.
- Manage schedules, resources and workforce requirements.
- Provide progress reporting and oversee procurement and admin tasks.
- Foster continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
