Job summary
Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Beta Hunt Gold Mine near Kambalda, WA. You will oversee all underground mobile fleet maintenance and drive safety, reliability and cost efficiency.
The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight and a focus on continuous improvement. Reporting to the General Manager, you will direct maintenance teams and contractors, manage work plans, and implement asset management strategies
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in mobile maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance and asset management.
- Experience managing budgets, resource planning and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safety leadership across all maintenance activities.
- Lead maintenance teams and contractors to execute planned and corrective work.
- Optimise fleet availability, reliability and productivity.
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures.
- Contribute to major maintenance and overhaul planning.
- Ensure workshop facilities meet industry standards.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvements.
