Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking a Projects Superintendent to lead underground and surface infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You will coordinate civil works from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

The role offers a 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, permanent full-time employment, a competitive salary package and strong development opportunities within an established underground operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising underground mining projects and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deliver civil or capital projects in mining.
• Knowledge of Pronto and INX is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and safety culture mindset.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project crews across underground and surface infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil, construction and mine services from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with Mining, Maintenance, Technical Services and contractors.
• Manage schedules, resources and workforce requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide progress reporting.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and project administration.
• Drive continuous improvement and strong safety culture.
