Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Beta Hunt Gold Mine, near Kambalda in Western Australia. You will oversee underground mobile fleet maintenance, drive reliability, and champion safety and cost-effective asset management.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop teams, optimise workflow, manage budgets, and partner with operations to maximise availability.

Qualifications

• Engineering trades certificate and/or relevant tertiary qualifications.
• WA Class C driver's licence (current, unrestricted).
• National Police Clearance completed within 12 months.
• Significant leadership experience in mobile maintenance, preferably underground mining.
• Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment maintenance and asset management.
• Proven ability to lead large maintenance teams and contractors in mining.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, resource planning and performance.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and high-performance culture.
• Understanding of safety systems, risk management and compliance.
