Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Coordinator to join the Blacktown team on a permanent full-time basis. You will coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion, keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or project coordination, experience in manufacturing, HVAC or related sectors, and strong ERP/order management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, project coordination or order management.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, HVAC or a similar industry.
• Understanding of quoting and cost monitoring.
• Experience using ERP or order management systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion.
• Maintain accurate order information and monitor project costs.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules and ensure timely updates to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare smaller quotes in line with pricing structures.
• Liaise with Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.
