Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast seeks a motivated Project Support Officer to assist delivery of Queensland Government-funded business short courses. You will handle registrations, onboarding, learning systems, assessments and communications, ensuring a positive participant experience.

With a relevant degree or equivalent, you will support staff, facilitators and stakeholders, maintaining records and reporting while using digital platforms to streamline processes and improve services.

Qualifications

• You will possess a relevant degree with experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience providing high-quality administrative support in education, training or programs.
• Strong written/oral communication and relationship-building with participants and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organisational and planning skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to use initiative and sound judgement for routine and moderately complex matters; well-developed computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to prospective and current participants, including course information and eligibility.
• Coordinate registrations, onboarding, learning system access, assessment processes and course communications.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting; contribute to improvements in course administration and participant experience.
