Job summary

UniSC’s School of Business and Creative Industries on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Project Support Officer to support government-funded short courses. You will assist with registrations, onboarding, learning system access, assessments and communications to ensure a positive learner experience.

You will work with academic staff, facilitators and stakeholders, delivering high-quality administrative support and ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• You are an organised and customer-focused administrator with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You bring attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• You are comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to prospective and current participants, including course information and eligibility.
• Coordinate participant registrations, onboarding, learning system access, assessment processes and course communications.
• Maintain accurate records, support reporting and contribute to improvements that enhance course administration and participant experience.
