Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast is seeking a Project Coordinator for the School of Business and Creative Industries to support a Queensland Government funded program. You will coordinate micro-credentials, short courses and educational initiatives, working with academic staff, facilitators, and government partners to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

Organised project professional with experience coordinating educational programs or initiatives.
Experience collaborating with academic staff, facilitators, government and industry stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Well-developed digital and learning systems capabilities, including LMS usage.
Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, implementation and delivery of micro-credential courses and related activities.
Collaborate with academic staff, facilitators, government and industry stakeholders to support course delivery and outcomes.
Oversee learning systems, communications, resources and evaluation activities, using data for improvement.
