Job summary

Bayside Council in Sydney is seeking a project support role to assist the City Presentation team. The position is permanent, 35 hours per week with potential for a 9-day fortnight (flexi-time) and a salary of A$81,708.32 to A$91,513.35 plus 12% superannuation.

You will provide a range of project support services to the Customer Experience Analyst and City Presentation team to meet operational outcomes, collecting and analysing information to improve community service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project support or similar role, with understanding of political sensitivities.
• Current Driver’s Licence Class C.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyse data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support to the Customer Experience Analyst and City Presentation team.
• Collect, compile, assess and analyse information to support delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve Directorate/Organisational projects.
• Undertake field work to gather data related to projects and engage with staff.
• Assist with process mapping and project governance, and advise on improvements.
• Prepare and review high-level briefs, emails and correspondence.
