EML is seeking a Project Specialist to lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects from Sydney HQ. You will develop plans, document governance artefacts and deliver measurable benefits while engaging stakeholders across multiple teams.

This full‑time, permanent role offers hybrid work with flexible options to work from home. Ideal candidates bring proven project coordination experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating or delivering projects, programs or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Workers compensation, injury management, insurance, health or related industry experience will be highly regarded.

• Support continuous improvement and change initiatives by identifying trends, risks and opportunities and contributing to innovative solutions across the portfolio.

The purpose of this role is to support the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic and operational initiatives that improve stakeholder experience, service delivery, worker outcomes and organisational performance.

The Project Specialist provides project management, stakeholder engagement and change management support to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and deliver measurable benefits.

This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Sydney George Street office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables and outcomes are achieved.

ABOUT YOU
