EML, Australia’s largest specialist in personal injury claims management, is seeking a Case Manager for the IfNSW team in Gosford on a Permanent - Fulltime basis. This role focuses on helping injured workers return to work with empathy, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.

• Strong customer service experience within medical, hospitality, retail or corporate fields.
