Sharon Bennie - Specialist Property Recruitment is seeking a proactive candidate to support the Sales team within Residential Communities & Home Building. You will manage display suites, greet clients, handle invoicing and admin tasks, and maintain CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen or permanent residency.
• Experience in Real Estate, ideally in sales support and customer interaction.
• Demonstrated strong communication and energetic engagement.
• Able to work 4 weekdays 9am–5pm with one weekend day rotating.
• Have or be undertaking a Real Estate Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running display suite and homes, opening, setup, and presentation by 10am, with signage duties.
• Meet and greet customers and stakeholders, supporting ongoing communication.
• Process invoices, sales advices, external agent communications, agreements, and admin tasks.
• Monitor stock and marketing collateral; coordinate settlements and handover packs.
• Maintain accurate client records, data entry and CRM data integrity.

Duties

This position is responsible for providing customer relations and administration support to the Sales team, within the Residential Communities & Home Building team. An idea of some of the tasks that you will be responsible for includes:

• Assist in running the display suite and display homes including opening, set-up and presentation for 10am opening, as well as signs and flags put up and taken down
• Meet and greet customers and stakeholders upon entry to the Sales Office and onsite display homes and support with ongoing communication
• Support with processing of invoices, sales advices, external agent communications, agreements, and ancillary administration tasks
• General monitoring of stock and marketing collateral requirements
• Coordinating and finalising settlements and handover packs
• Maintain accurate client records including data entry and data integrity (CRM)

Specific requirements

• Australian Citizen/ Perm Residency
• Experience in Real Estate – ideally in sales support and interacting with customers
• Be an effective communicator, as well as engaging with good energy
• Able to work 4 weekdays 9am - 5pm, and a Saturday / Sunday on a rotating roster
• Have, or be currently undertaking a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
