Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking a proactive Project Officer to coordinate projects and programs across Public Space Operations. You will support executive readiness for Brisbane's Olympic and Paralympic programs and contribute to ERP transformation initiatives.

Lead stakeholder engagement, monitor milestones, develop reports, and enable change readiness across internal and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and within resources.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or business improvement initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management across diverse teams.
• Well-developed project management skills including planning, monitoring, reporting and risk management.
• High-level written and verbal communication for reports and briefings.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
