Job summary

The Department of Education Victoria is seeking a Project Officer to support the wellbeing and safety of children across Victoria. The role sits within the Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch and contributes to information sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular project reporting and communications materials.
• Keep accurate records of key decisions, advice and project tracking.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate engagement activities.
• Contribute to briefs and papers for governance meetings and ministerial briefs.
• Collect and report data related to stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support the Learning Management System and e-learning modules for information sharing.
• Respond to stakeholder queries across government information sharing platforms.
• Assist the Manager with other tasks as required.

Role PurposeAre you looking for an exciting opportunity to support the wellbeing and safety of children across Victoria?The Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch sits within the Child Safety Division in the Early Childhood Education group. The Branch leads Victoria's Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety.The Project Officer contributes towards an effective service support function. The incumbent engages stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer assistance, providing timely support and offering high-quality service solutions to resolve inquires effectively.To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communications skills and customer service experience.
