CPB Contractors, together with CIMIC Group companies, is leading a major data centre development in Truganina, Melbourne. We are seeking an Office Manager to ensure the project office runs efficiently and to provide a welcoming, professional environment for site teams.

In this role you will coordinate inductions, manage invoices and expenses, organise meetings and travel, and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders on a fast-paced construction site.

Responsibilities

• Keep the project office running smoothly and efficiently day to day.
• Coordinate site inductions, onboarding and workforce records.
• Manage office supplies, PPE and site consumables.
• Organise meetings, travel, accommodation and visitor arrangements.
• Process invoices, expenses and project-related costs.
• Reconcile project credit card transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support project teams with administration, coordination and logistics.
• Maintain organised filing systems and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Create a professional, welcoming and well-organised office environment.
