Job summary

CPB Contractors in joint venture with UGL and supported by EIC, fellow CIMIC Group companies, is delivering a multi-megawatt data centre project in Truganina, Melbourne. We seek a Senior Planner to develop, maintain and optimise project programmes, driving performance and risk mitigation across complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, power and ICT systems.

You will work with project managers, commercial teams and site leadership to ensure realistic sequences, milestones and reliable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Planner or Senior Planner in large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, OPRA, Asta Powerproject, MS Project, Synchro and Navisworks.
• Strong scheduling discipline with expertise in critical path analysis.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
• Produce critical path analyses, progress reports and EV assessments.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to set construction sequences and milestones.
• Support tender and bid activities with programme development and planning.
• Lead schedule reviews, planning workshops and stakeholder reporting.
• Analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and develop planning team members.
• Ensure planning aligns with contract requirements and project objectives.
