Job summary

CPB Contractors is delivering a data centre mega project in Truganina, western Melbourne. As Document Controller, you will manage drawings, updates and all project documentation to ensure information is accurate, accessible and auditable for the delivery team.

You’ll work closely with engineers, consultants and subcontractors, keeping filing structures, version control and submissions up-to-date while supporting day-to-day delivery and ensuring information flows smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or project administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple data streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage drawings, design updates and project documentation across the team.
• Maintain document control registers, filing structures and version control.
• Issue, track and archive documents in line with project requirements.
• Support engineers, consultants and subcontractors with document submissions and requests.
• Coordinate review and approval workflows to maintain current information.
• Prepare project reports and maintain records for audit readiness.
