Job summary

CPB Contractors is delivering a multi-megawatt data centre project in Truganina, Melbourne. We seek a Senior Planner to lead planning, schedules, risk mitigation, and performance insights for complex construction works.

You will work with project managers, commercial teams and site leadership to maintain programmes, optimise sequencing, and support tender activities with robust planning strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Planner/Senior Planner in big projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and other leading CPM software; ability to interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other leading enterprise software.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
• Produce critical path analysis, progress reports, and earned value assessments.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to establish realistic construction sequences and milestones.
• Lead schedule reviews, planning workshops, and stakeholder reporting.
• Analyse project performance data and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and develop planning team skills and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
