TalentWeb is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a landmark Class 2 residential development in Sydney, valued at circa $850m and comprising about 820 apartments. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and the delivery team to drive the program, commercial performance and successful project outcomes.

This is a high-profile, long-term opportunity with an established builder and a substantial pipeline of future work.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments.
• Background working with an established head contractor or developer builder in Australia
• Strong technical understanding of multi-storey construction, including structures, façades, building services and internal finishes.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction programs, subcontractor procurement, project budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Confident leading project teams, managing consultants and coordinating multiple trades across complex developments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and maintain accountability.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

The business is looking to appoint an experienced Project Managerto take a leading role in delivering a landmark Class 2 residential development in Sydney, valued at circa $850m and comprising approximately 820 apartments.

This is a significant appointment on a project of exceptional scale and complexity. Working closely with the Construction Manager and an established delivery team, you will play a key role in driving the construction program, commercial performance and successful delivery of the development.

About You
