HIR Talent is partnering with an established construction and property group to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury multi-residential projects across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of residential projects, taking ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to practical completion and handover.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in NSW construction.
• Proven track record delivering multi-residential or apartment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and project financials.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors and project teams.
• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Manage project reporting, variations, contracts and risk.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, WHS requirements and quality standards.
• Drive successful project outcomes through proactive leadership and effective communication.
