Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of transformational and infrastructure projects within the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant program and the Transformational Projects Program. You will manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring time, cost and quality outcomes.

This role requires an organised, proactive professional who can balance competing priorities, prepare plans and budgets, and oversee procurement,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and programs.
• Ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong planning, budgeting and procurement documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Prepare project plans, budgets and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders; monitor risks and performance.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and operational opening to ensure readiness for use.
