Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformational projects and the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant program. You will manage planning, budgets, procurement, and reporting while coordinating consultants and contractors to deliver time, cost and quality outcomes.

This secure term-contract role offers a starting salary of AU$2,166.84 per week, flextime, 12% superannuation, competitive leave entitlements and ongoing development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Project management from planning through to completion.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, procurement documentation and reports.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders; monitor risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects within the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant program and Transformational Projects Program.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget and meet quality standards.
• Oversee commissioning, handover and operational opening to ensure readiness for use.
