Job summary

Bindaree Food Group seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the PrimeLedger Transformation Program, delivering NetSuite as the future financial system of record and essential integrations. You will manage day-to-day delivery, governance, vendor relationships, risks, testing and cutover, reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation.

This hands-on PM role requires driving structure, accountability and stakeholder alignment across finance and technology teams, with a lean transformation

Qualifications

• Delivered ERP or finance system implementations through go-live and stabilisation.
• Experience operating in lean project environments without a large PMO.
• Ability to manage implementation partners and vendors while engaging stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial processes and engagement with Finance leaders.

Project Manager - Netsuite Implementation

Bindaree Food Group is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of the PrimeLedger Transformation Program, a significant Finance-led transformation focused on implementing NetSuite as the future financial system of record and delivering key business integrations.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery, governance, planning, vendors, risks, testing, cutover and go-live readiness. The successful candidate will join a lean, high-performing transformation team and play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.

This role is best suited to an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys building structure, driving accountability, working closely with stakeholders and vendors, and delivering complex business transformation outcomes.

Job Description

The role will operate in a complex operational environment where project activities must be coordinated around financial reporting requirements, business operations and key business cycles. Candidates who have delivered projects in environments with tight reporting deadlines, operational continuity requirements or manufacturing-related operations will be highly regarded.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has successfully delivered at least one ERP or finance systems implementation through go-live and stabilisation.
• Is comfortable operating in a lean project environment without a large PMO structure.
• Can confidently manage implementation partners and vendors while maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Understands financial processes and can effectively engage with Finance leaders and SMEs.
• Has strong project controls discipline across governance, planning, budgeting, reporting, risks and issues.
• Can coordinate complex activities across testing, data migration, integrations, cutover and business readiness.
• Is organised, pragmatic, delivery-focused and comfortable working through ambiguity.
