About you

As a leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

You will lead the implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

You will analyse business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.

Essential skills:

• Netsuite ERP Implementation Experience (Finance/Services)

Those with examples of prior work experience within relevant sectors like Banks, Insurance Companies, Investment Firms, Accounting Firms, etc. should stand at the top of the list.

Preferred Candidates Would Have:

• CPA (Finance Background) to communicate effectively at an accounting level with CFOs/FCs. Work experience examples with strong finance backgrounds include but not limited to: Deloitte, PwC, KPMG.
• Workforce System Knowledge/Experience, with examples of systems such as ELMO, PageUp, BambooHR, Workday, UKG, Deputy, Paychex, and TimeTarget indicating strong workforce management strengths.

Other responsibilities include:

• Resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. You will be responsible for managing clients in post-sales environments. Working with the rest of the Consulting department, the successful applicant will need to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction. You must have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies, as well as advanced analytical problem solving acumen, applied to help clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.
• Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority. You will be a lead consultant and have extensive ERP implementation expertise spanning the full implementation cycle and be adept at managing the delivery of application functionality. In this role, you will often be working under pressure, implementing several projects simultaneously and striving to meet aggressive timelines.
