Job summary

Michael Page is supporting a newly created Finance Systems Lead role focused on NetSuite optimisation across a growing ANZ retail client. You will own the NetSuite roadmap, drive automation initiatives and partner with CFO-backed leadership to deliver visible efficiency gains across AR, AP, and financial accounting.

The role offers high autonomy, broad ANZ exposure, and a path to shape transformative finance processes with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangements (4/1) apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with NetSuite in a finance systems, ERP optimisation, or finance transformation role.
• CA or CPA qualification with ability to combine accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement.
• Demonstrated success identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and delivering automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across finance and operations.
• Hands-on and proactive, capable of driving improvements from concept to delivery.
• Curious mindset with interest in automation and AI for efficiency and scalability.
• Immediate or short notice availability is a bonus.

• Lead the optimisation of the NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform delivers greater efficiency, automation, and business value across the finance function.
• Review and improve core finance processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Accounting, reducing manual effort and system workarounds.
• Assess NetSuite's functionality across multiple entities and identify opportunities for alignment, standardisation, and process improvement across both entities.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed more efficient, system-driven ways of working.
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving ongoing enhancements, best practice utilisation, and user adoption.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement workflow automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility to support more informed decision-making across the business.
• Own and drive the finance systems optimisation roadmap, proactively delivering continuous improvement initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.
