Job summary

Bindaree Food Group seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the PrimeLedger Transformation Program, delivering NetSuite as the future financial system of record and essential integrations. You will manage day-to-day delivery, governance, vendor relationships, risks, testing and cutover, reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation.

This hands-on PM role requires driving structure, accountability and stakeholder alignment across finance and technology teams, with a lean transformation

Qualifications

• Delivered ERP or finance system implementations through go-live and stabilisation.
• Experience operating in lean project environments without a large PMO.
• Ability to manage implementation partners and vendors while engaging stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial processes and engagement with Finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance, controls and reporting.
• Coordinate implementation activities across business and vendor teams.
• Lead testing, cutover and go-live readiness activities.
• Support successful NetSuite implementation and integrations.
• Build relationships with Finance, Technology and operations stakeholders.
• Deliver a controlled transition into post-go-live stabilisation and BAU support.
• Provide transformation leadership and change enablement throughout the program.
