Job summary

Coldflow Group is expanding its Commercial Teams with opportunities to join the non-EBA sector as a Project Manager based out of the Clayton office. You will interpret drawings and specifications, coordinate designs with builders and drafters, and liaise with site managers, installers and contractors for planning, purchasing and scheduling of equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a HVAC PM or similar role.
• Managed project portfolios ranging from $6–$8 million.
• Detailed understanding of construction processes in light commercial or EBA sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designs with Builders and Drafters.
• Liaising with Site Managers, Installers and Contractors for planning, purchasing and scheduling of equipment.
• Material and equipment take offs.
• Cross checking schedules and shop drawings for discrepancies.
• Generating RFQ's, researching products and pricing.
• Updating equipment schedules and engineering data to reflect current equipment and program.
• Providing equipment forecasts for new projects ensuring suppliers are kept aware of upcoming orders and demand.
• Project reporting and Margin analysis on jobs under management.
• Managing quality and safety across all projects.

• Well rounded written and verbal communication skills
